City of Moose Jaw Recognizes Employees
MOOSE JAW - The City of Moose Jaw recognized 37 employees with service and retirement awards today during a luncheon ceremony at Mosaic Place.
Service awards for 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service were presented by department heads from engineering, police, city clerk’s office, finance and parks & recreation.
Twelve employees also received their gift to recognize their retirement from the City.
“Our people are our most important asset and we take this time to appreciate the dedication of our long-standing employees – those who have made a long career of working with the City, and those who are now ending their careers,” commented Mayor Fraser Tolmie.
A special achievement award was presented to Paul Busse for his dedication as a firefighter with the Moose Jaw Fire Department and for his volunteer fundraising work for breast cancer research. A full list of service and retirement awards is attached.
