The Public Works Branch is responsible for the provision of a broad range of functional areas. Streets & Roads, Sanitation, Water & Sewer, and Survey are all managed through this branch.
The Public Works Branch also maintain the records relating to the infrastructure. The number of water breaks, the rating of the pavement, and the condition of the sidewalk all are necessary information in determining the condition of the infrastructure, as well as planning timely and cost efficient rehabilitation.
