Assessment Appeal Fee Schedule On January 31, 2006 the City of Moose Jaw announced to local property owners that it would be outsourcing the City's property assessment function to the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA). The contract with SAMA was ratified by City Council on April 17, 2006. SAMA provides property assessment expertise to over 800 municipalities in Saskatchewan. Under its contract with the City of Moose Jaw, SAMA staff will occupy office space on the 4th floor in City Hall and provide the City with the same assessment services as it does for all client municipalities.
