Industrial & Commercial Land

The City of Moose Jaw currently has a limited number of Industrial and commercial sites available for development. These sites are located in the City's expanding Thatcher Drive East area and are in the vicinity of the Trans Canada Highway. These sites range in size from .75 acres to 3 acres and are priced from $150,000 per acre to $225,000 per acre. In some areas, consolidation or subdivision of lots may be possible. Both Canadian Pacific Railway and Canadian National Railway are located in the City and spur line access is available.

Planning is underway to create additional industrial and commercial lots in the City's northeast area.
