Notice of Assessment
NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTARYASSESSMENT
Pursuant to section 187 (1) of The Cities Act, notice is hereby given that the Supplementary Assessment Roll for the City of Moose Jaw for the year 2016 has been prepared and is open to inspection at the City of Moose Jaw, Finance Department, Main Floor, 228 Main St N, Moose Jaw from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the following days: Monday to Friday, November 23, 2016 to December 22, 2016 with exception of statutory holidays.
Any person having an interest in any property who wishes to appeal the assessment of that property to the Board of Revision is required to file his or her notice of appeal in writing to: The Secretary of the Board of Revision, 228 Main St N, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 3J8, on or before the 22nd day of December, 2016.

APPEAL FEE SCHEDULE
Assessment appeals to the Moose Jaw Board of Revision must be accompanied by the appropriate appeal fee*:
Residential Property (up to three units): $30/property
Condominium (Residential):$30/unit Other – see fee schedule below:

*If there is an error on the notice for ownership, property address, and/or legal land description, a copy of the current Certificate of Title must accompany the “Notice of Appeal” form. NO FEE IS REQUIRED.
*If there has been any change to school support, signature of all registered owners listed on the “Notice of Assessment” must appear on the “Notice of Appeal” form. NO FEE IS REQUIRED
